When we dreamed up our 14th limited sparkling champagne, we wondered what would happen if we fool some freshly cut grass with millions of tiny, delicate bubbles! We report that the ‘merger’ was successful and as a result our Sauvignon Blanc champagne was born in 12,000 bottles.
