Our especially high quality wine specialties are distributed under the Premium Selection label. These Szamorodni and Aszú wines are made of select raw materials from our own vine plots of the best locations with a significant limitation on the amount harvested. After the hand-picked harvest we gently process the grapes, after which we age the premium lots from the best vintages for a number of years in our wine cellars. Our vintners regularly taste the Premium Selection wines to determine when aging ought to be halted and to determine the optimal date for bottling. The flavour characteristics of the Premium Selection wines are unique even within the topmost category and represent top-shelf quality. The outstanding quality and unique character appearing with the select wine lots exceeds even the traditionally high expectations levied on Tokaj wines.
