Change of Cancel your Order
Unfortunately, you cannot amend an order after it has been placed. If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may check your order status. If the order status is 'Order being processed', please contact the Customer Service Team to confirm whether there is still time to modify or cancel your order. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your request, however unfortunately no guarantee can be given once an order has been placed.

If you are not at home at the time of delivery, an ‘Article Awaiting’ card will be left in your mailbox. This card will advise the next steps required to obtain delivery of your order. Your order will not be left with persons under the age of 18 years (proof of age may be required).
Our Couriers reserve the right to leave a call waiting card. The following examples highlight reasons of where a call waiting card may be left regardless of an authority to leave request:
There was no one in attendance and no clear delivery instruction authorising us to leave the parcel in a safe place.
Somebody was at home but they could not provide proof of age.
There was an authority to leave (and no one answered the door), but the driver was concerned that minors were present within the vicinity of the premises (e.g. children playing inside or outside of the house).
Unfortunately unattended delivery is not available for customers.
Orders will not be left unattended on the same day they are ordered under any circumstances.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. If we are in stock of your items at time of picking, we aim to dispatch your order the next business day.
We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.
Hungarian Goods Pty Ltd is not able to accept requests to delay dispatch of any orders at this time.
Hungarian Goods Pty Ltd reserves the right to limit the number of products purchased to retail quantity limits.
Each order may only be sent to one delivery address. If you need to send products to more than one delivery address please place a separate order for each delivery address. Once an order has been completed you are not able to change the delivery address. Please contact us on email@example.com and if the order has not been processed they may be able to update the delivery address for you.
In case of damage during freight from our warehouse to customer:
The customer needs to be prepared to follow the freight company's instructions in order to process a claim.
Australian Post requirement is to take the broken item with the packaging back to them for visual inspection. If the customer is not willing to follow these instructions our company can not be held reliable.
If you have chosen "Pick Up At Matraville NSW (SYDNEY)" as your delivery option by error and notify us on the next business day we are happy to refund the full order amount minus the Paypal fees charged on us or we can calculate shipping cost to you and advise you how much that will be.
You will need to call the office (0296614444) to organise a pick-up time. Orders will need to be collected within 7 business days from the date of the order. If we do not receive any response a refund will be provided less the restocking fee of 15% of the total purchase price.
Why do we ask for I.D?
Hungarian Goods Pty Ltd supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years. You can purchase Hungarian Goods Pty Ltd’ s products online, over the phone or by fax and have your order delivered to your home or office. Due to Licensing Laws you must be over 18 years of age in order to place and receive a delivery. We may ask you to provide additional details or require you to confirm your details to enable us to process any orders placed through our Site.
For party orders and functions we encourage you to work with the Hungarian Goods to help correctly cater for your needs.
Exchange or Refund
In case you change your mind we are happy to exchange for an equal or lesser value. You also have to provide your proof of purchase. In case if the new chosen product’s price is higher the difference will need to be paid before delivery. For a lesser value product there will be no refund given. In this case additional delivery charges apply. If in the event that you change your mind then please contact us on: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that all products must be in their original condition and packaging.*
* Please note that the delivery charge will be reimbursed when Hungarian Goods is at fault. That is, if the wrong product is delivered or there is a fault with the product (including any damage caused in transit). In all other circumstances, including change of mind, the delivery charge will be at the customer’s expense.
