The Tokaj-hegyalja traditions are not only for the making of aszú but also of late harvest wines. They can serve as great complementsto gastronomy, demonstrating the real value of sweet wines. By harvest time in late october the berries become overripe due to the high number of sunny hours, developing a high sugar content and excellent analytic values. Thanks to the careful process and state-of-the-art technology these wines preserve the original fruitiness of the grape and the character of the variety, resulting in late harvest wines of the highest quality.
