Recipe:
800g of pork leg, 1 kg of potatoes,
1 packet of Lucullus small steak spice mix,
1 red onion, oil. Preparation: Wash the meat, wipe it dry,
and cut it into 2 x 2 cm cubes. Clean,
wash and cut the potatoes into the same cubes.
Sauté the onion in oil then add the meat cubes,
fry until brown, sprinkle with the Brasó spice mix,
pour a little water and simmer until soft.
