
Kebab for 2 people:
300 g chicken,
1 teaspoon Kotányi Kebab spice mix,
2 teaspoons olive oil, 1/8 l yoghurt,
2 garlic cloves, 2 pita,
1 smaller sliced onion,
1 smaller sliced cucumber,
2 sliced tomatoes, iceberg lettuce
cut into smaller pieces, salt, pepper,
red pepper for decoration
Preparation:
Cut the meat into strips and season with Kotányi Kebab spice mixture. Fry the meat in a pan with a little olive oil. For the yoghurt dressing, mix the yogurt with the crushed garlic, then salt and pepper. Fill the pizzas in layers with the spicy roast meat, chopped vegetables and sauce. Season to taste and garnish with red pepper.
Tip:
You can also combine chicken with lamb and beef.
