Kentucky chicken wings with spicy tomato sauce for
2 people:
500 g chicken wings, 2 EC olive oil, 1 EC Kotányi Kentucky chicken wings spice mix.
For the sauce: 1/8 l tomato juice, 1 EC hot ketchup, salt, 1 pinch Kotányi ground chili, 1 TK honey, 1 TK Kotányi rosemary
Preparation:
Mix the spice mixture of Kotányi Kentucky chicken wings with the olive oil, grease the chicken stalk with it for 20 minutes let stand. Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 35 minutes. Mix the sauce ingredients and season as needed. The crispy Kentucky chicken wings are served with the sauce.

We can offer fresh English celery with garlic dip.
