Our recipe idea:
Gyros with red onions and olives
For 2 people:
300 g pork, 2 EC olive oil, 1 EC Kotányi Greek fried spice mix, 1 red onion, 2 EC black olives, 2 EC peeled, peeled tomatoes, cut into small pieces
Preparation:
Strip the meat and turn it over in the Kotányi Greek Roast Spice Mix. Peel the red onion and cut into rings. Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the meat in it, then fry further with the red onions for a short time. Finally, add the olives and tomatoes.
Tip:
Serve with tzatziki and fresh bread. Kali oreksi!
