Marinated pork strips with garlic and mushroom sauce
For 2 people:
300 g pork cut into strips, 1 EC Kotányi Garlic Marinade, 4 EK oil, a little white wine, 1 small head onion, 200 g cleaned, cut into four mushrooms, 1/8 l vegetable stock, 1/8 l cream, 1 EK Kotányi Parsley, little lemon juice, salt
Preparation:
Rub the meat strips with the Kotányi Garlic Marinade, then pour over the white wine and 2 EC oils. Mix, cover and marinate for at least 1 night. On the remaining oil, fry the chopped onions and meats and salt. Add the mushrooms and fry further. Pour over vegetable stock and cream, bring to a boil. Sprinkle with parsley and season with lemon juice.
Tip:
Serve with mashed potatoes or roast.
