Mustard Marinade Seasoning Mix 30 g by Kotányi <p>Recipes<br />Marinated pork medallions with steamed green beans for 2 people:</p> <p>4 pork medallions (approx. 80 g), 1 EC Kotányi Mustard marinade spice mixture, 2 EK oil, a little white wine, fresh, cleaned, chopped green beans or butter beans, 1 EC olive oil, 1 head chopped onion, Kotányi White Pepper ground, 1 TK Kotányi Peppercorns</p> <p>Preparation:<br />Kotányi Mustard marinade spice mixture is mixed with oil and white wine and the pork medallions are placed in this mixture, then covered and marinated overnight. Before frying, salt and fry in a little oil. Boil the green beans / butter beans, run the onion over the olive oil, then add the beans and fry for a short time. Add salt, pepper and season with pepper grass. Serve hot with the pork medallions.</p> <p>Tip:<br />Serve with sour cream and potato donuts.</p>
