Chicken legs with garlic and new potatoes with parsley
Ingredients for 2 people:
2 chicken legs, 1 Sp Kotányi Garlic fried chicken spice mix, 4 medium potatoes, 1 Sp oil, 1 Sp butter, 1 Sp Kotányi Parsley
Preparation:
The chicken legs are rubbed with the Kotányi Garlic Roast Chicken Spice Mix and a little oil and left to stand. Place in a baking tray, pour water under it, covering min. Simmer for 40 minutes, then bake uncovered until crisp. Meanwhile, peel the boiled potatoes and cut into cloves. In a mixture of butter and oil, run the parsley and fry the potatoes in it. Serve fresh.
Tip:
Serve with cucumber or tomato salad
