IPA (India Pale Ale) beers have been beating the hearts of brewers since the 1800s.
Originally made with several hops and higher levels of alcohol, the British boomed their ships to preserve their quality on the long sea route to the Indian colony. IPA not only survived the shipment, but the bitter, full-bodied super-aliasing ale quickly became popular around the world.
